Full breakdown
The brief: A growing eyewear retailer ran a static catalogue with a rigid structure. Customers had to email to check which frame sizes, colours and prescriptions were available, which buried support under hundreds of messages a day.
What I delivered: I designed a variant-based commerce core with its own SKU structure and a direct link to the warehouse. Customers configure frame dimensions, colours and prescription values in real time and buy immediately, without waiting for an answer.
How it was measured: Helpdesk ticket count, 90 days before and after launch.
